How do I lower the fixed expenses in my business?
If you have been involved in marketing your business for any length of time you already know that your monthly overhead can make or break you.
Let’s face it… there will be ongoing monthly expenses that you will not be able to avoid like Advertising, website hosting, business cards, stationary, auto, travel, meetings etc. etc.
Now these expenses will always be there but they don’t have to break the bank. You should always be on the lookout for ways to reduce your monthly overhead.
Most people focus on generating revenue and let the chips fall where they may with regard to business expenses. That’s a big mistake, especially when you are just starting out with your new business.
The faster you can get to that sweet spot where your income exceeds your expenses the better chance you have to succeed in your business. Let’s face it, 90% of network marketing businesses fail. That means that 9 out of 10 start up companies never got to the break even point. I mean, just think about it, if you are at least earning as much as you are spending… why would you ever quit? Just the tax savings alone should keep you in the game.
